This meeting is a special meeting at the Tri-Cities Center to discuss changing the meeting day from a late Wednesday night meeting to an early Saturday morning meeting.  This Sept 7th meeting will not replace our normal 4th Wednesday of the month chapter meeting.  We will have 2 meetings in the month of September.  At the regular September meeting, we as a chapter will determine if a change in meeting venue and day is something that we would like to consider. The Saturday Sept 7th meeting will be Kappa Kasual, not business formal dress. The meeting hosts for the Sept 7th meeting are listed below.

The location is the Tri-Cities Center, 1070 University Blvd, Portsmouth, VA.  The meeting will held in room 2649, on the first floor. As all regular meetings are ritual events, we must be appropriately dressed in a jacket and tie.
